For women+ associates who are looking to learn foundational basics of building a book of business and all the necessary skills to become Partner.

An eight-month intensive that teaches your Female Junior Partners how to become rainmakers. 50% of women cite leaving the law because of barriers to business development. This is exactly why I created my programs, to keep more women in leadership at firms by equipping them with the skills necessary to be a successful partner and create their own book of business.
Curriculum: Each year the curriculum is designed to engage the specific participants and firm involved. This often includes business development, building a referral network, leadership development, personal branding, firm economics, building a team, and more!
Guest Experts: Not only does this provide community but you get to hear directly from general counsel's, c-suite executives, business owners, sales experts, LinkedIn experts, and more! The experts are based on the specific cohorts needs.
Eligibility: For junior partners that have been partners for five years and under.
Commitment & Schedule: Meeting twice a month for 90 minutes each. Each attorney agrees to invest their time and energy into this program and to show up prepared to each session.
Why women only? - Even though women have been graduating in equal numbers from law school for over twenty years, only 27 percent of women are Partners, and even less for women of color—𝑬𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉. My mission is to change this number by equipping women with all they need to build a book of business and thrive in partnership.
