Over the course of 8 focused months, you'll engage in a curriculum designed by seasoned legal industry experts to transform you into an indispensable, rainmaking partner.

  • Each cohort program curriculum is catered to the group's needs. Here is an example of the eight-month curriculum: 

    • Clarity on ideal client 

    • How to build a referral network 

    • Thought Leadership/Personal Branding 

    • Creating an excellent client journey 

    • Practice Management 

    • Leadership abilities & Firm economics 

    • Guest Experts (GC's, business owners, LinkedIn Experts, etc.) 

    • Your business development plan 

  • Not only does this provide community but you get to hear directly from general counsel's, c-suite executives, business owners, sales experts, LinkedIn experts, and more! The experts are based on the specific cohorts needs.

  • You must practice for at least five years to apply to this program. 

  • You must commit to all eight months and each session. We understand other commitments can conflict, but this needs to be the priority for the next eight months. 

  • Even though women have been graduating in equal numbers from law school for over twenty years, only 27 percent of women are Partners, and even less for women of color—𝑬𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉 𝒊𝒔 𝒆𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉. My mission is to change this number by equipping women with all they need to build a book of business and thrive in partnership.

FAQs

  • A maximum of five attorneys are selected for each cohort. This is intentional to keep the program effective for each attorney participating. This program is meant to provide active participation in building your book of business, enhancing your leadership, and much more! 

  • $997 a month for eight months or $665 a month for twelve months.

  • This program takes place via zoom and the dates will be determined by the Cohort and what is best for their schedule. 

  • This Program meets twice a month for 90 minutes each to ensure each person in the cohort gets adequate coaching and time to build momentum. In previous cohorts we have met Tuesday nights from 4-5:30pm, but this timing changes with each cohort and their availability.

  • YES! In fact, I create specialized cohorts for law firms to engage their talent. 

  • Yes! You can choose to engage in a special price of one on one coaching with Molly to maximize your experience. Once at the beginning, one halfway through, and one at the end of the program.
